Please read the terms and conditions set out below before making a purchase or using the web site. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when making a purchase or using the web site.

Product Descriptions

Every effort is made to describe products accurately and fairly. All photographs are for guidance only. Colours in my images may vary depending on your computer and browser settings, printer and even the angle of your notebook screen. With particular reference to beads and jewellery components, it should be noted that there is inherent variation in the colours and form of these items, many of which are handmade.

Payment

There are no minimum order requirements.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (@17.5%).

UK and International payments can be made with Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Amex, Maestro, Solo, Electron, Delta) via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. Your Credit or Debit payment details are processed on the Secure PayPal site, they do not pass any of your card details on to me. Please click the orange 'Return to Merchant' button once your PayPal payment is complete, this will ensure that your items are removed from the store inventory and your order is processed as swiftly as possible.

Shipping & Handling

I aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and will send you confirmation via email. Within the UK, please let me know within 3 days for Special Next Day Delivery or 7 days for First Class post if your order has not arrived. For all postal services, a proof of posting certificate is always obtained.

Bindis: Within the UK and for orders containing ONLY Bindis, I am currently offering FREE delivery. Please select the Free Delivery option at the checkout.

Beads & Findings: Within the UK, First Class postage is charged at £1.95 regardless of the size of your order. However, if your order is over £32 I recommend that you select the Special Next Day Delivery option, at a cost of £4.95, as items sent by First Class post are only insured up to the value of £32. For International orders within Europe, shipping via Airmail is charged at £2.95 regardless of the size of your order. However, if your order is over £32 I recommend that you select the International Signed For option, at a cost of £6.95, as items sent by Airmail are only insured up to the value of £32. For International orders outside Europe, shipping via Airmail is charged at £4.95 regardless of the size of your order. However, if your order is over £32 I recommend that you select the International Signed For option, at a cost of £7.95, as items sent by Airmail are only insured up to the value of £32.

Jewellery: Within the UK, I recommend that you select the Special Next Day Delivery option, at a cost of £4.95, as Jewellery items sent by First Class post are not insured by Royal Mail. I recommend that International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For, at a standard cost of £6.95 within Europe and £7.95 outside Europe, as Jewellery sent by Airmail is not insured by Royal Mail. There are no additional shipping charges for multiple purchases of Jewellery in a single order. All items of Jewellery are shipped in an attractive gift box.

Large / Miscellaneous Gifts: All items are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, at a standard cost of £5.95. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For, at a standard cost of £14.95 within Europe and £19.95 outside Europe. Unfortunately, due to their heavy weight, some items cannot be offered for sale outside the UK. This will be clearly shown in the product description.

Please note, UK orders are insured against loss and damage. (provided the correct shipping method is selected). International orders are insured against loss only. All orders are packed extremely well.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery option for your order.

All overseas buyers please note that any import duties and/or additional taxes or charges of any kind are your responsibility and not the responsibility of Angel Beads and Gifts.

Jewellery Design Service

When using my Jewellery Design Service (see 'About Us') you agree to pay a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the price quoted for the piece (the quote will include a shipping and handling fee). Once this deposit has been paid work will begin on the item. When completed, the item will be shipped to you. Upon receipt of the item and I hope to your delight, you then agree to pay the remainder of the quoted price.

Items purchased through this service can be paid for via PayPal. When paying via PayPal, I will email you a personalised PayPal Invoice, containing simple to follow online payment instructions (payment is made via PayPal's encrypted, secure website).

Returns

You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for a full refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order anytime within 7 working days of its receipt and I will give you a full refund (return postage is not included). Please inform me via email of your intent to return any items and ensure that they are received by me in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting as items can only be refunded once I have received them.

If, in the unlikely event, you recieve your items damaged, then within the UK I will offer all assistance with claims against the Royal Mail. If you would prefer me to deal with any claim then you may return the item to me under the conditions described above.

All effort is taken to ensure that your order is correct, however if any item is missing or incorrect then please let me know within 3 days of receipt. I will then make every effort to rectify the situation.

Data Protection

All data supplied to me is treated in the strictest confidence, I do not pass any information onto third parties. Payments made via PayPal are secure and PayPal do not pass any of your credit/debit card details on to me.

I reserve the right to make changes to my website and to my terms and conditions at any time.
